About the position

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for over 24 years. We are an experienced and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first-class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster. We are a fast-paced office seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional. This role is the go-to person for scheduling, phone communications, emails, notes, scanning, and equipment tracking for our jobs. Must possess excellent telephone and customer service etiquette and dedication to finding answers to problems promptly. Candidate should have a problem-solving mentality with a pleasant disposition. Reliability is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and scheduling new jobs
  • Working with Project Managers to coordinate and manage the schedule
  • Utilizing multiple databases to ensure job information is accurate
  • Additional projects on an as needed basis

Requirements

  • Phone based customer service experience - call center experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks based off company's daily schedule and needs
  • Self-motivated
  • Works efficiently as a team member and individually
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ask questions
