Administrative Assistant II Location: Wilsonville, OR Schedule : Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On‑site | Administrative Support | Healthcare Operations The Administrative Assistant II processes employee time and payroll while supporting customer service and operational tasks. This role ensures accurate pay processing, resolves employee and system issues, and partners with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. This is a strong fit for candidates with experience in administrative support, payroll processing, customer service, or healthcare operations.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or payroll processing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience handling data entry, record keeping, or system updates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP or similar)
  • Familiarity with business systems such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Experience supporting timekeeping or employee pay processes
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated operations

Responsibilities

  • Process employee time and payroll accurately using payroll systems
  • Review time records and resolve pay discrepancies
  • Respond to employee and team inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping
  • Track, update, and manage requests using systems like Salesforce or SAP
  • Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and internal departments
  • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient processes
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed
