Adjunct Faculty - Counseling & Health Psychology - Clinical Supervisor

About the position

The position involves providing clinical supervision for one or more counseling clinic shifts at Bastyr Center for Natural Health (BCNH). Each clinic shift lasts for 4 hours, with dates and times varying. During these shifts, supervisors are responsible for conducting 1 hour of group clinical supervision and observing live counseling sessions performed by master's or doctoral level students who are on counseling psychology rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for counseling clinic shifts at BCNH.
• Conduct 1 hour of group clinical supervision during each shift.
• Observe live counseling sessions completed by students.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counselor Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical supervision of novice clinical mental health counselors.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Experience in graduate level teaching.
