About the position

The Rage Cage is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This unique venue offers guests the opportunity to relieve stress through a fun and engaging experience of smashing items in a safe environment. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding guests through their experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, explaining safety procedures, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable time. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously will be key to maintaining a smooth operation during busy periods. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries both in-person and through various communication channels, including phone and email. You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple groups of guests, sometimes managing more than ten individuals at once. The environment can be fast-paced, and you will need to think on your feet to keep clients on schedule while ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Light cleaning duties, such as dusting and sweeping, will also be part of your daily tasks to maintain a tidy front area and ensure that safety equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each use. The position requires availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 PM to 9:15 PM, as well as Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:15 PM to 9:15 PM. This is a full-time role with a starting pay of $16 per hour, with the potential for an increase after a probationary period based on performance. Additionally, you will receive a portion of the tips from guests, which typically amounts to $30-$90 per month, depending on your hours worked.

Responsibilities
