In this role, you will engage with newly signed customers through a quick start outreach within the first 90 days. You will set objectives, gain customer dedication, track activities, and generate relevant documentation. You will be accountable for documenting onboarding activities in tools like Salesforce and collaborate with account teams to highlight risks while engaging appropriate cross-functional resources such as professional services, partners, and technical support. Additionally, you will answer technical questions from customers regarding our technology, capabilities, solutions, and applications, clearly explaining our technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You will identify gaps and provide enablement assistance to customers' technical users, engage partners at opportune times for strategic SOW, and orchestrate Snowflake's internal programs and resources to support the customer's onboarding journey.
