The Advertising Client Services (ACS) Print Campaign Supervisor is the key liaison between CCA and clients/agencies, ensuring print artwork meets specifications and quality standards for airport programs. This role oversees the Print Campaign Coordinators, managing print campaign fulfillment and quality assurance for print ads. Responsible for a client or market portfolio, the ACS Print Campaign Supervisor coordinates the successful execution of campaigns and produces necessary deliverables to fulfill customer contracts post-sale.

  • Leads and manages the Print Campaign Coordinators responsible for campaign fulfillment post sale while successfully managing their own portfolio of clients or markets, including annual performance reviews.
  • Assures clients are provided with high quality customer support through standard controlled processes with a focus on customer objectives and values.
  • Ensures accurate and on-time completion of all contracted executions.
  • May require night or weekend work to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Act as client’s first point of contact to establish timelines, content requirements and facilitate installation of print artwork to meet scheduling deadlines.
  • Provide clients and agencies with artwork recommendations, best practices and preemptive troubleshooting for the creation of their print artwork per asset type.
  • Identify risks to accurate and timely fulfillment of client requirements, investigate causes, and communicate findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders, and facilitate resolution.
  • Prioritize large number of tasks based on work required and external due dates to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Attends, leads and participates in team meetings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting sales teams, delivering on value propositions, building relationships internally with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change.
  • Highly proficient in digital design software (e.g., Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Extensive graphic design experience with a strong understanding of print artwork formats and techniques.
  • Lead client calls with proficient understanding to support creative resolutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments and sites within the company.
  • Ability and flexibility to work under pressure and concurrently on multiple projects and deal with ambiguity in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment

  • Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
