About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at American Copper & Brass, LLC plays a crucial role in maintaining the accounting department by ensuring accurate posting of payments, managing customer accounts, and assisting with invoicing and collections. Responsibilities

• Assist in posting payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions as needed
• Assist in preparation of monthly customer statements and invoicing
• Assist in customer account management (Returns, Credits, Debits)
• Assist with collection calls
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective corporate communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
