About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Aston Carter is responsible for managing incoming payments, distributing checks, and completing end-to-end accounts receivable processes. This role involves collaboration with both local and offshore teams, utilizing internal tracking tools in SharePoint. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming mail for payments.
  • Distribute checks to appropriate personnel.
  • Process checks and complete end-to-end processes.
  • Work with other AR personnel in Loveland and with the offshore team.
  • Utilize internal tracking tools in SharePoint.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
