About the position
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing incoming mail for payments, distributing checks, and completing end-to-end processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs with minimal direction, working collaboratively with other AR personnel and our offshore team.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming mail for payments.
- Distribute checks to appropriate personnel.
- Process checks and complete end-to-end processes.
- Work with other AR personnel in Loveland and with the offshore team.
- Utilize internal tracking tools in SharePoint.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Accounts receivable management.
- Invoicing.
- Data entry.
- Customer service.
- Email communication.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
