About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Ace Hardware is responsible for overseeing key Ecommerce accounts receivable operational activities to support both EJD and AceHardware.com. This role specializes in cash application and processes retailer billings as directed by various business partners, ensuring efficient management of charge/refund failure queues and collaborating with IT teams to resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage charge/refund failure queues on KIBO order-management system.
• Document and log AceHardware.com issues/defects/problem tickets.
• Partner with IT-Finance and IT-Ecom to determine root cause analysis and workable resolutions for Ecom related system issues.
• Responsible for cash application and research of unapplied cash.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Related Discipline.
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in a larger corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, sum if formulas) and word processing (Word).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
• SAP system processing experience.
