Our client in the client service industry is seeking to hire an Accounting Operations Analyst to add to their team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and weekly management fee processing while also assisting with an ongoing project to document accounting processes and procedures. This position will work closely with accounting staff to gather information, organize documentation, and support process consistency across the department. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and advanced Excel abilities.
