About The Position

Be the Financial Voice of a High-Profile Corporate Account with Sodexo! Sodexo is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Services team, ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid, client-facing role is based out of a Menlo Park, CA corporate campus and offers direct visibility with executive stakeholders. You will serve as the primary financial point of contact for a high-profile confidential technology client, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior client-facing financial role (B2B experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to present financial data and tell a story to executive audiences
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Self-starter who is highly detail oriented, collaborative, and thrives working independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years minimum management experience
  • 3 years minimum functional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with client portal platforms
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Client-based platform experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary financial point of contact (POC) for a confidential corporate technology client
  • Present financial analyses and reporting to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Translate complex datasets into accessible narratives and client-facing dashboards
  • Collaborate with the portal analyst group manager on reporting outputs and insights
  • Manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
