About The Position

For our U.S. office, we are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to day-to-day accounting operations and finance process excellence, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, and close collaboration with our local and global finance team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, either in public accounting or industry.
  • Solid experience with month‑end close processes and general ledger accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in multinational environments and/or cross‑border accounting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in manufacturing and/or sales‑driven organizations; experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP), including payment runs, payment processing, and cash monitoring.
  • Prepare and support the month-end and year-end close, including postings, reconciliations, and close documentation.
  • Monitor liquidity, perform bank account reconciliations, and ensure accurate cash position reporting.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal controls and accounting processes in line with group policies and company growth.
  • Coordinate U.S tax filings and reconciliations in coordination with external providers.
  • Drive and support the preparation of variance analyses versus budget and prior periods.
  • Support the local sales and marketing teams in US when it comes to financial matters.
  • Ensure high-quality data in the ERP system.
  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
  • Apply group accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and segregation of duties.
  • Escalate risks or deviations to CFO / Controller HQ.
  • Review payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review sales reports and commission calculations for payroll runs, ensuring consistency with approved policies and agreements.
