About the position

The Accounting Coordinator position at Nong Shim Foods Inc. is an entry-level role focused on supporting the accounting department in various financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English, assisting in compiling, analyzing, and reporting accounting data while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
• Managing Account Receivables and Account Payables
• Conducting monthly closing processes
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports
• Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
• Ensuring that company bills are paid
• Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls
• Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• 0~3 years' experience in the Accounting field preferred
• Bilingual (Fluency in English and Korean required)
