About The Position

This role involves reconciling cash in a global setting, including both store cash and corporate cash accounts. The primary focus is on maintaining efficient operational procedures, delivering on-time and accurate cash reconciliations within the existing control environment, and ensuring cash is collected from stores globally. The position also requires coordinating with banks and armored carriers for global service, and cultivating effective relationships with Asset Protection, Store Operations, and Treasury, while providing excellent cross-functional support and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years’ experience within a fast-paced setting, ideally with global/international exposure
• Experience with account reconciliation tool (ReconNET preferred)
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in building strong internal and external business partner relationships
• High attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency
• Thrive in stressful situations and maintain calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, not required
