Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts receivable and collections.
• Manage credit accounts and accounts payable.
• Perform payroll functions.
• Assist customer service and provide basic administrative support.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus college-level accounting education.
• Minimum five years' experience in collections, accounts receivable, and payables required.
• Experience in the concrete block and/or sack industry is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred, but not required.
• On-the-job training experience is required.
• Strong aptitude for organizing personal tasks and repetitive duties in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, accounting, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and office equipment such as a 10-key adding machine, copier, and facsimile machine.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the concrete block and/or sack industry.
• SAP experience.
