Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with JLL's core values.
  • Support and mentor strategic account leads in training, development, and performance appraisal.
  • Develop and implement client-specific CRM account plans for strategic accounts.
  • Drive account growth in partnership with industry leads and local market teams.
  • Lead organic sales initiatives to increase account margins and share of wallet.
  • Manage account-specific project management pursuits and integrate with other JLL business lines.
  • Anticipate and respond to client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
  • Participate in civic and business organizations to promote JLL's community impact goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or industry-based engineering specialization.
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in developing business relationships with clients.
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of disciplined project management processes, with certifications like Six Sigma or PMP being a plus.
  • Established regional and national network.
