About the position

The Accounts Receivables Specialist at US Auto Trust will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting division by managing various accounts receivable tasks. This full-time position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring timely financial reporting and collection of outstanding items.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling Parts and Service Cash Clearing, ensuring collection of all outstanding items
• Receipting Sales monies
• Reconciling the Extended Warranty schedule and ensuring collection of all outstanding items
• Sending AR Statements and ensuring collection of all outstanding items
• Updating the Axcessa system with notes on collection efforts
• Printing all accounts receivables reports and maintaining all accounts receivables files
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required
• Automotive AR experience preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
