About the position

The Account Manager at Centers Plan for Healthy Living is responsible for enrolling members interested in the healthcare plan, generating leads, and educating prospects about the services offered. This role involves establishing relationships with community organizations and Licensed Home Care Services Agencies to facilitate member enrollment and ensure a seamless healthcare experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appointments and develop community marketing sites.
  • Establish relationships with community-based organizations.
  • Participate in health-related activities and special events, including evening and weekend activities.
  • Create self-generated leads and provide services to walk-ins.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to identify and capture prospects' problems or concerns.
  • Obtain feedback from referral sources and prospective enrollees.
  • Process qualified referrals for Medicaid-eligible individuals needing Managed Long-Term Care.
  • Communicate the benefits of CPHL Managed Long Term Care Plan to eligible beneficiaries and their families.
  • Educate referral sources, community organizations, and consumers about MLTCP services.
  • Maintain account relationships by handling inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Complete administrative duties, including organizing daily activity reports and referral logs.
  • Stimulate word-of-mouth referrals from participants, prospects, and their families.
  • Utilize automated tools to perform individual enrollment duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence in the community.
  • Ability to input and update data in a database system.
  • Ability to work independently and produce self-generated leads.
  • Ability to multi-task.
