Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and customers assigned.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports as needed to track service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Train service providers to improve quality of service.
  • Meet and welcome new customers to the system while introducing their service providers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager or relevant role in the janitorial industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual is preferred.
