Requirements

  • 1–2 years of operations and leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be active on your feet
  • Experience with budgets and performance tracking
  • Required availability Monday - Friday 7am- 4pm.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • All candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been made
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, parking, or car wash industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and staffing at assigned locations
  • Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep including washing of vehicles
  • Deliver exceptional client service and manage escalations
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Conduct site audits, track performance, and enforce company standards
  • Maintain compliance with budgets, procedures, and safety programs
  • Partner with leadership and HR for hiring, onboarding, and corrective actions
  • Handle incident reports, claims, and customer concerns
  • Step in to support team duties as needed
