About the position

Yotpo is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our growth strategy and expansion within the Enterprise sector. You will work closely with well-known brands such as Patagonia, Brooklinen, and Steve Madden, fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your strategic mindset and commercial acumen will be essential in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing renewals and complex cross-sell and upsell deals, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and forecasting sales and retention activities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically nurture and close renewals and complex cross-sell and upsell deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to consult on their business challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including economic buyers.
  • Understand customer pain points and position tailored solutions that lead to meaningful expansion opportunities.
  • Forecast sales and retention activity and revenue achievement while maintaining satisfied customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise within different e-commerce verticals and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Go above and beyond in sales performance, leveraging an uncapped commission plan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience with a record of top performance.
  • Experience carrying a mid-market/enterprise quota at a SaaS company.
  • Proficient in managing 3-6 month long sales cycles and navigating complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership in territory management and account planning.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Experience in SMS/Email sales.
