About the position

The Account Manager for Mid-Market Corporate at Angi is responsible for growing and retaining revenue from Enterprise partnerships. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving incremental business for existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and customer success background, focusing on strategic partnerships with large corporations and franchise businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain revenue generated from Enterprise relationships in your book of business.
  • Manage relationships with large contractors in the industry.
  • Collaborate with leaders of significant associations, manufacturers, and franchise networks on marketing strategies.
  • Analyze current relationships to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal groups to assemble optimal solutions through executive interactions.
  • Plan, attend, and execute user webinars, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue growth goals from your book of business.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics such as close rates and sales funnel process.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, maintaining a $10M+ book of business.
  • Proven experience in revenue-generating roles.
  • Experience overseeing customer relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Solid experience with CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives.
