About the position

As the Account Manager at Maverick Studios, you will be the ultimate liaison between our clients and creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly while keeping everyone delighted. You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, manage and mentor a team of project intake specialists, coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and address challenges with a positive attitude. Your role will also involve collecting and communicating client feedback to the creative team, translating complex strategies into clear communication, and identifying growth opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project intake specialists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Address challenges with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Collect, interpret, and communicate client feedback to the creative team.
  • Translate complex strategies into clear, client-friendly communication.
  • Identify opportunities within accounts to leverage Maverick's expertise.
  • Keep project management tools updated and team members informed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years in account management, client services, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of motivating teams to deliver top-tier results.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining ideas and resolving concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Positive attitude and energy in high-pressure situations.
