Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve clients' business needs.
- Develop and foster genuine in-person relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert.
- Conduct in-person client visits to understand their vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
- Deliver in-person presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative manner.
- Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
- Develop and maintain a network, track market trends, and lead effective strategies.
- Create and execute sales strategies for both existing customers and new business.
- Partner with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
- Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of sales-related experience.
- Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
- Enjoyment of attending networking events and driving client interaction.
- Interest in a challenging yet rewarding environment that combines competition and culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, driven environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
