About the position

The Entry Level Account Executive at Tradesmen International is responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships, growing sales through prospecting and cold calling, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is designed for individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, providing on-the-job training and professional development resources to kick-start their sales career.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong business relationships with clients and field employees.
• Grow sales by prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within the assigned territory.
• Conduct safety walkouts with field employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are upheld.
• Ensure client satisfaction through routine check-ins and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication.
