About the position

The Sales Representative at UKG is responsible for driving sales of HCM/WFM products and services within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales. The representative will work closely with customers to identify their needs, present solutions, and exceed sales quotas while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
  • Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needs

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS Industry
  • Must have 1-3 years of proven success in a selling role

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions strongly preferred
