About The Position

Alegeus is investing in its Sales organization and is hiring multiple Account Executives to support its rapidly expanding business. Alegeus is the market leader in consumer directed healthcare solutions, offering a comprehensive platform for healthcare benefit accounts, a widely-used benefit debit card, and engagement solutions. Over 300 clients, including health insurance plans, third party administrators, and financial institutions, leverage Alegeus' expertise and technology to administer benefit accounts for over 29 million members and process over $8.9 billion in consumer healthcare payments annually. Alegeus is part of the Vista Equity Partners portfolio, benefiting from increased capital for strategic investments, access to best practices, and a focus on talent development and growth. The Account Executive will report to the SVP, Account Management and will be responsible for supporting and driving client satisfaction and growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business and / or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of sales, large/complex client account management and/or relationship management experience
  • Communicate ideas both verbally, in written form and via presentation in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels
  • Solid decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships (internally/externally) with all levels of management, employees, clients and public
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex clients / relationships and achieving success in a complex-sale environment (i.e., multiple stakeholders, multiple influencers, multi-level decision making)
  • Patience in pursuit of relationships to support sales and service excellence efforts
  • Developing deep relationships in many areas to leverage in both times of challenges and times of opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain required Alegeus and client relationships, within the C-Suite and executive leadership of critical functional areas, to exceed NPS / client satisfaction and growth goals.
  • Establish Alegeus and client relationships with executive leadership within Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations within 2 months from successful completion of the Alegeus Onboarding Boot Camp.
  • Build a mutual client satisfaction measurement (NPS) cadence and expectations with client Executive Sponsor within 2 months from successful completion of the Alegeus Onboarding Boot Camp.
  • Develop an Alegeus Account Plan and Playbook and present it to the Chief Growth Officer within 1 month from successful completion of the Alegeus Onboarding Boot Camp.
  • Institute multiple Alegeus go-to-market best practices within assigned client(s) to maximize visibility of and potential for meeting or exceeding revenue targets within 4 months from successful completion of the Alegeus Onboarding Boot Camp.
  • Establish a cadence of Business Revenues to jointly evaluate performance against client’s goals, align future roadmap/innovation commitments and provide perspective on future market direction within 4 months from successful completion of the Alegeus Onboarding Boot Camp.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship for Alegeus, ensuring the client maximizes the value of their Alegeus relationship through client advocacy around issue resolution, opportunity pursuit, contractual discussions, and escalations.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for the client, responsible for marshalling the right resources as required to address the issue/opportunity and achieve a win/win result, balancing the needs of the client with the constraints important to the Alegeus business.
  • Achieve an NPS score ranking assigned client in the “Promoter” category.
  • Maintain adequate pipeline coverage for our revenue commitments to our ownership.
  • Ensure assigned clients achieve a 30%+ annual revenue growth goal.
