Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience with 3+ years of success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse mid-market customer base.
  • Successful selling experience with cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, or threat intelligence solutions.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Excellent, positive communication skills and relationship building.
  • Ability to clearly articulate key value propositions and match them to customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot (preferred), Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Nav, Chatgpt / other AI.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining a sales pipeline through effective use of CRM tools.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player.
  • Strong internal and external partnership-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to build a strong pipeline.
  • Gather Account Intelligence to populate account plans for Top 25 / Top 100 Focused Account List.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Collaborate effectively with resellers and channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Work with Focus Partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
  • Collaborate for Field Events and Customer Meetings.
  • Build relationships with regional and national partners.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Track customer information and provide continuous forecast and pipeline accuracy through diligent CRM and forecasting platforms upkeep.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Clearly articulate key value propositions in the context of customer requirements to drive interest and sales.
