About the position

Zest AI is transforming the $17 trillion US consumer credit market by delivering AI technology that helps lenders identify creditworthy borrowers overlooked by traditional methods. As part of our Sales team, you'll help bring LuLu Lending Intelligence, a groundbreaking solution, to market with a clear value proposition and real-world success stories. You'll play a key role in helping financial institutions grow more inclusively, efficiently, and intelligently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a new lending intelligence solution, LuLu
  • Identify and qualify leads with key personas at ICP accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with executive stakeholders - comprehensive understanding of business challenges, lending objectives, and success metrics
  • Pipeline generation & management - creative, personalized approach to lead-generation and nurturing through all channels
  • Clearly communicate product value, addressing the unique needs of financial institutions
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives
  • Deliver a compelling product demo to showcase the features and benefits of our product, tailored to address their needs
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to become trusted customer partners and grow our mid-market customer base
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota for each step in the sales process
  • Daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying, discovery, value-selling and forecasting

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with experience engaging C-suite executives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Passion for contributing to ambitious revenue and growth goals
  • A track record of high performance, self-motivation and a desire to continually raise the bar for what you believe is achievable
  • Growth Mindset - seeking to deeply understand Zest, our industry, market, and prospects
  • Urgent Curiosity - genuine interest in learning about customer's problems and eagerness to solve them

Nice-to-haves

  • Training in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io
  • Experience in finance industry
