About the position

As an Account Executive in Client Relationship Management & Acquisition at T-Mobile, you will be responsible for managing a high-value portfolio of accounts, driving incremental growth, and developing long-term strategic account plans. This role requires enterprise solution-selling experience to address customer business problems and reduce account churn, while also fostering positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Develop an account strategy to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's market position and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer.
  • Develop positive relationships with partners within the account and identify business problems that can be solved with T-Mobile solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes while building relationships.
  • Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new opportunities and ensure engagement with viable partners.
  • Manage account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
  • Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments to drive resolution to customer problems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts (Required)
  • 2-4 years Telecom, Software or Technology experience (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member deliverables and deadlines (Required)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude (Required)
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently (Required)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (Required)
  • Effective at managing account relationships and financial outcomes (Required)
