About The Position

Join our team as an Access Coordinator I at our Family Medical Center in Northwest, AR. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for patient care activities. This position works under supervision and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient interactions. The Access Coordinator I may meet, greet, and assist the public, answer telephones, and coordinate appointments in a call center environment. Additionally, this role may perform other duties as needed to support patient care activities.

Requirements

  • High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer/basic keyboard skills
  • Telephone etiquette skills
  • General knowledge of office machines, including printers and scanners
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional support to patients and the public.
  • Manage incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of patient care activities through various support tasks.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
