About the position

The ACA Indirect/Direct Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new direct sales and third party business partners for our ACA product line at Equifax Workforce Solutions. This individual will evaluate market data and sales prospects in order to determine growth opportunities and extend new business relationships. The responsibilities include; defining alliance and direct sales strategy, negotiating relationship and business terms with respective business partners, establishing go to market approach and material for internal and external use, and working cross functionally to execute on growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the new business sales strategy for small to mid market client territories, maximizing potential to meet and exceed quota assignment.
  • Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors and sales activities in order to identify business development opportunities via direct and indirect channels.
  • Pursue sales opportunities with direct clients and third parties where ACA does not already exist or where there is scope to complement a partner's existing ACA business.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues in Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Service teams to evaluate and execute on new business opportunities.
  • Identify, investigate, analyze and negotiate new partnerships.
  • Negotiate business terms and work with legal to develop and execute partnership agreements.
  • Work with the Operations & Implementation teams in support of technical integrations required to execute business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the ACA Solution Engineer and Indirect Strategy leader to maintain momentum for new partner pursuits.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years new business development experience (direct and indirect sales).
  • ACA product experience.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management or HR Services/ Software preferred.
