The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at AAHA Animal Hospital, Resort, and Spa plays a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service in a supportive, pet-friendly environment. This position involves interacting with clients and their pets, managing appointments, and supporting the veterinary team to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their families.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage client communications efficiently.
- Accurately process billing, payments, and patient records, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to support patient care and address client questions or concerns.
- Manage front office responsibilities, including maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer systems, including veterinary software (experience with specific software is a plus).
