Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and enter credits into Odessa and verify the information in Odessa is correct according to the contract and equipment schedule
• Setup new account information in billing system
• Contact new customers and answer any questions they may have
• Reconcile A/R accounts to GL
• Update customer accounts with new billing information and generate misc. non-rental invoices, research, and respond to billing questions
• Participate in system upgrade testing and any other misc. A/R duties
