About the position

The Family Systems Coordinator will provide direction and overall systems management of the recruiting, training, certification, support, and retention of resource families in the treatment foster care program consistent with UMFS' wraparound philosophy, practice principles, professional ethics, and agency and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and overall systems management of the recruiting, training, certification, support, and retention of resource families.
  • Ensure compliance with UMFS' wraparound philosophy and practice principles.
  • Conduct comprehensive family assessments.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or related human service field with direct practice experience, or a Bachelor's degree and five years related direct service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive family assessments.
