The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, team management, customer relationship enhancement, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute last-mile business strategies for the assigned region to align with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations within the region, optimizing delivery networks and logistics processes to meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Build, train, and manage the regional team, ensuring members possess the necessary skills and motivation to achieve business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, responding promptly to their needs and feedback to enhance customer experience.
• Control operational costs and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization and improve regional profitability.
• Analyze and monitor operational data and performance metrics, generating reports to identify issues and implement timely improvements.
• Identify and manage potential operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters and other departments (such as logistics, customer service, and technical support) to ensure smooth communication and timely problem resolution.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics management and on-site operations, with a preference for last-mile experience.
• Ability to oversee operations across an entire region.
• Experience with DSP resources is a plus.
