Responsibilities
- Manage projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Interact effectively with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Manage subcontractors and technicians for quality control.
- Address and resolve any project issues.
- Be available for on-call emergency service calls.
- Keep projects on budget and monitor costs.
- Select and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Provide regular project status, financial, and risk reports to management.
- Generate detailed estimates using industry-standard tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrated construction/restoration project management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute projects independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility and accountability for project success.
