About the position
Looking for individual to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly fit and cleaning of furniture and for individuals to produce a white wood item ready for finish that meet Ethan Allen Standards. To construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture.
- Produce a white wood item ready for finish that meets Ethan Allen Standards.
- Construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards.
- Job rotation within and between departments.
Requirements
- Ability to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture.
- Must be able to use air hand tools.
- Ability to push up to 70lbs.
- Ability to stretch, reach, and bend in extreme degrees.
- Must learn specific furniture construction requirements.
- Must be able to use measurement and small hand tools.
