Our ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of Beaver Creek Village is adjacent to the ski school and home to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more in winter. The summer brings activities including fly fishing, river rafting and scenic hiking trails - all just outside our doorstep. Responsibilities
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
- Gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink.
- Engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.
- Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a server, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
