The Raiders Foundation Department is seeking 50/50 Raffle Sellers to join our team on gamedays. 50/50 Raffle Sellers are an important part of the Raiders Foundation fundraising program. Proceeds raised are used to make a positive philanthropic impact on the Nevada community through the Raiders Foundation's giving pillars: active military and veterans, youth development, and health and wellness. 50/50 Raffle Sellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining the core values of the Raiders organization. 50/50 Raffle Sellers are expected to represent integrity, teamwork, and positivity.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when approaching fans to introduce the details of the 50/50 Raffle program at Raiders home games
- Accurately sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets, following all program requirements
- Effectively meet and work to exceed established sales goals
- Utilize payment processing technology for the sale of raffle tickets and ensure all equipment is maintained and properly stored between uses
- Understand the 50/50 Raffle program rules and eligibility criteria
- Serve as an official Raiders representative by executing a consistent brand experience at every touchpoint
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Mandatory availability to work all Raiders home games
- Superior customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Prior experience handling credit card sales
- Ability to work well as a team as well as independently
- Ability to multi-task while remaining intentional, driven and detail-oriented
- Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Always work with integrity
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of NFL and Raiders initiatives and programs is preferred
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
