About the position
The 3rd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to residents and guests during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the community, responding to resident needs, performing light maintenance, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents. Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare for the upcoming day.
- Monitor and respond to emergencies, including the resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel.
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide support during the night shift.
- Answer phone calls and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Interact with residents and guests to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare the community for the upcoming day while being the sole point of contact during the 3rd shift.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current driver license with a clean driving record.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
