About the position
The 3rd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to residents and guests during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the community, responding to resident needs, and performing light maintenance and housekeeping duties. Responsibilities
- Monitor the community overnight and respond to the needs of residents.
- Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas.
- Respond to emergencies, including resident emergency calls and building life safety systems.
- Assist with various tasks including interacting with residents and guests, answering phones, and performing administrative work.
- Prepare the community for the upcoming day while being the sole point of contact during the 3rd shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Current driver license with a clean driving record.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred.
- Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles.
