Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid state of Tennessee teaching certification in Elementary Education (K-5) or be an upcoming graduate in an accredited teacher preparation program.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Commitment to inspiring and engaging students.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, students, and families.
• Openness to coaching and feedback for professional growth.
• Experience in high-need or Title-I School settings.
• Experience with English Language Learners is a plus.
• High personal standards and integrity.
