About The Position

The 3D Designer Virtual Assistant is responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visualizations based on detailed design briefs. They develop and refine textures, lighting, and layouts while ensuring brand consistency and project specifications. Using advanced 3D modeling and rendering software, they produce engaging digital assets, optimize workflows, and implement feedback. Additionally, they manage multiple projects, conduct quality checks, and ensure all designs effectively convey the intended message.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proficiency in programs such as Blender, Boxshot, Keyshot, Adobe Suite and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of two years experience in animation.
• Portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of 3D animation and wireframing projects.
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of animation layouts, typography, print, and web design principles.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
• Main Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: 8 GB or higher. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• Backup Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: Minimum 4 GB. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and design storyboards for various digital media formats.
• Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts based on brand guidelines.
• Ensure projects are completed promptly and are of high quality, managing multiple projects within design specifications.
• Suggest and implement best practices and optimizations throughout animation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a robust final animation.
• Utilize a wide range of media and design software.
• Develop computer graphics and animations based on detailed design briefs.
• QA designs for errors, and implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Create visualizations that effectively convey accurate messaging for the project.
