About the position
The 3DX PLM Support Engineer role involves providing support and expertise in the Dassault 3DExperience PLM platform. The position requires a deep understanding of the 3DX architecture, data model configurations, and customizations, along with experience in various 3DX modules such as Design Management, Engineering BOM, and Change Management. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating CAD/CAE systems with 3DX and resolving complex issues related to the platform.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex issues with 3DX and configurations based on user requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 support using ITIL processes.
- Assist in 3DX data migration and configuration-related activities.
- Support external system integrations with 3DX, such as SAP.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in 3DX PLM platform support.
- Deep understanding of 3DX architecture and data model configurations.
- Expertise in 3DX modules including Design Management, Engineering BOM, and Change Management.
- Experience with CAD/CAE integrations with 3DX.
- Knowledge of script development for data migration.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Catia is a plus.
- Automotive domain knowledge is beneficial.
