Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to join our Finance department as summer interns for 2025. This 10-week internship program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance within a dynamic and supportive environment. The internship will commence on May 28th and conclude on August 8th, allowing interns to engage in meaningful projects while developing their professional skills. Interns will have the chance to connect with leadership through a Summer Speaker Series, participate in networking events, and collaborate with peers across different functions. The program emphasizes learning and development, ensuring that interns gain valuable insights into the finance industry while contributing to the company's success. Interns will have the opportunity to support either the Sales Finance or Operations Finance teams. In the Sales Finance role, interns will engage in cross-functional teams, assisting with the delivery of Monthly Business Reviews, shipment versus consumption analysis, and trade effectiveness measurement through Post Promotion Analysis (PPA). They will also work on customer profitability assessments and monthly accrual and projection reviews, focusing on trade accuracy aligned with the monthly PPR cycle. The Operations Finance role will involve month-end close accounting, reporting, and analyses for all plants, as well as guidance on cost accounting submission schedules and balance sheet reconciliations. Interns will also have the chance to work on special projects as determined by management, providing a comprehensive view of the finance function within the organization.
