About the position
The Spectrum Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week summer internship designed for rising senior students pursuing a degree in business or related fields. This program offers hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship, aimed at helping interns gain essential business insights and skills while contributing to impactful projects within the Sales Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Support identification, design, and implementation of strategic business solutions that optimize operations.
- Assess business functions within the Sales organization and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and performance.
- Participate in department and team-focused projects, accounting for about 80% of the schedule.
- Engage in professional development sessions and networking activities, including webinars and community service.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree.
- At least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
