About the position
The Spectrum Internship Experience is a full-time, 10-week program designed for rising senior students pursuing a degree in Business. This internship offers essential business insights and hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, providing opportunities for professional development, networking, and mentorship. Interns will work closely with their respective departments and peer groups, engaging in projects that drive continuous improvement within the Sales Organization.
Responsibilities
- Support identification, design, and implementation of strategic business solutions that optimize operations.
- Assess business functions within the Sales organization and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and performance.
- Participate in professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference, webinars, and community service.
- Engage in team-focused projects that account for 80% of the internship schedule.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree.
- At least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
