Responsibilities
- Gain insight into various areas within Agency Recruiting including Market Management strategy and Candidate Sourcing strategy.
- Gain experience in project and stakeholder relationship management practices.
- Develop skills in business storytelling through data.
- Build experience in the annual strategic planning process.
- Engage in the mentorship program and interact with senior leadership.
- Participate in volunteer opportunities to give back to the community.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
- Majors in Business Management, Data Analytics, Managerial Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or Entrepreneurship.
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong foundational analytical and data visualization skills.
- Strong business and technical acumen with a willingness for continued learning and development.
- Ability to influence and build relationships through candid feedback and information sharing.
- Self-disciplined with schedule and time management skills.

- Written and verbal communication and presentation skills, adaptable to audience and context.
